Are the products hand made or factory made?
We sell both kinds of products, but even factory made products are hand polished and the stones are hand set. All of our handmade pieces are fair trade quality items.

How long will it take to ship my product?
We usually ship the product within 3 days of placing an order. Products usually arrive within 14 days of shipping, but depending on your country and its customs it may take longer.

What does it mean when a product lists a "Created" stone?
It means that this isn't a genuine precious stone, but rather an artificially and professionally created stone. All products that have real stones are listed as "Genuine".

What is sterling silver?
Sterling silver is an alloy of silver containing a minimum of 92.5% by mass of silver and 7.5% by mass of other metals, usually copper. The sterling silver standard has a minimum millesimal fineness of 925.
Fine silver (99.9% pure) is generally too soft for producing functional objects; therefore, the silver is usually alloyed with copper to give it strength while preserving the ductility and beauty of the precious metal.
Basically it's the closest you can get to pure silver making it the best kind of silver.
Beware of jewelry that say "silver plated". A silver plated item has a thin coating (a few ten-thousandths of an inch) of silver plated onto a base metal of lower value than silver. A sterling silver item is solid silver, 92.5 percent or more pure, through and through. Thus there is far more silver in a sterling silver item than in a silver plated item.
